The Lake of the Ozarks has something for everyone, whether your hobby is boating, fishing, golfing, shopping, or just sitting back and relaxing. Of course there are many activities for the kids which include water parks, mini golf, go cart racing.

Riviera Villas offer luxurious water front living ... whether you are looking for full time living or just a summer get-a-way this is the place for you. 

All of our units are energy efficient and spacious with 1,668 square feet on one level.  Villas are 3 bedroom with 2 baths, spacious living and dining area.  Kitchens contain stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and custom made cabinetry. Bar area seperates kitchen and living area which can seat 6.  Large windows create beautifull views of the cove and lake.  All villas have a patio area overlooking the water with gas grills and patio furniture. Summer 2013 special is complimentary 2 hour boat cruise with one week rental of villa.

In Season (May 1 - September 30)
Daily (2 night min)     $250/night
Weekly                       $1500/week (7th night is free)

Off Season (October 1 - April 30)
Daily (2 night min)     $225/night
Weekly                       $1350/week (7th night is free)

Maximum Occupancy is 8 people.

Additional Fees:

  
  • Deposit of $300 for daily & weekly
  • Deposit of $500 for monthly & yearly
  • Refunded within 15 days of departure after inspection if no damage is done.
  • Cleaning fee of $79/stay daily/weekly rentals, $100/stay monthly rentals.
  • Pet fee of $25/stay
  • Pet deposit of $75/stay refundable after inspection if no damage is done.  Excessive pet damage will come out of deposit.
  • Lodging and Sales Tax 11%
  • Cancellation notice: 7 days prior to arrival minus $10 transaction free.
  • Check out 11am
  • Check in 4pm
  • No Smoking
  • Must be 25 years and older to rent.
  • Rentals are fully furnished and include fully stocked kitchen (no food), linens, towels, cable, internet.

Located off the beaten path on a beautiful wooded lake view bluff of Lake of the Ozarks. Our RV Park and campground welcomes big rigs welcome sites up to 55' long and 30' wide. Spacious camp sites have concrete pads, full hook-ups with water, sewer, and 20/30/50 amp electric. All roads leading to Riviera are paved. Pets welcome and our campground is open year round. Riviera RV Resort and campground is the only luxury campground at the Lake of the Ozarks!
